Guatemala Guatalon Pacamara
We are excited to have this coffee back on the menu again from our favorite producer Guillermo Juarez of Guatalon farm. This Pacamara is one of our favorite coffees. Acidity is vibrant but not overwhelming, creating tropical fruit notes that permeate the cup. Complex sugars are evident on the aromatics and finishing cup. Nice dark chocolate tendencies are more prominent along with accenting tropical fruit flavors on the cooling cup.
