Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Coffee is roasted to order on Mondays and shipped on Tuesdays. USPS shipping takes 2-6+ business days for delivery after pickup.

Orders received after Noon on Monday will ship the following week.

We offer $6.50 flat rate shipping in the U.S.. Orders over $50 dollars ship for free with no discount code required. Please note - USPS has been very slow to update their website with tracking information recently.

The Ratio 6 brewer, Baratza Grinders, and Acaia Scales ship directly from the manufacturer and do not ship internationally. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for processing on these items.

EXAMPLE: You order coffee on Thursday. That coffee will be roasted and bagged on the following Monday night. It will be picked up on Tuesday morning. Transit from that time will be 2-6+ business days, depending on your location.

Typically west coast addresses take 2 days or less. Midwest takes 3-4 days. For some east coast addresses it takes 3-5 days. This means delivery sometimes will not occur until the following Monday. Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories can take 5 days or even longer.

Local Deliveries

We offer discounted deliveries ($3.25) if you are in our local delivery area. Click here to see if you are in the area. Just like with shipping our shipping option, orders over $50 deliver free.

Just select local shipping at checkout, after entering your address. Please include any special delivery instructions, door codes, etc.

Local delivery orders are dropped off each Tuesday

International Shipping

We are now shipping coffee (up to 4 pounds total) Internationally! We are using a service called Simple Export Rate so we can now offer more affordable shipping to our international customers.

Please note that all prices on our website are indicated in US Dollars. Be aware that your credit card company may charge a small fee for international orders, and there may be an import fee depending on the country you live in. Free shipping and discounted shipping do not apply for international shipping.

We do not ship grinder, kettles, brewers, or other equipment internationally; please check with the manufacturer for authorized dealers in your area. Please allow a couple of weeks (up to 4) of additional delivery time for all international orders. If you have questions about this option, please reach out to us.

Return Policy

Customers can return unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received a damaged product if you email us at info@elevatorpdx.com. Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it along with your email.

Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
