Coffee is roasted to order on Mondays, and shipped out (or delivered locally) on Tuesdays. Order cut off time is 10:00AM Monday. Orders received after 10 am are processed the following week.

 
 

Colombia Finca El Diviso Java - 96 points on Coffee Review!

We are very proud and very excited to share that we received a 96 point score on Coffee Review! (Feb 2026) For those that aren’t familiar, Coffee Review is a magazine that reviews coffees on a 100 point scale, very similar to wine is evaluated.

Our coffee placed top in the Northwest Region and puts us in a spot to be included in the top 30 at the end of the year. It’s our first time being reviewed by them and are floored at the company we are in.

We have a very limited amount of this coffee and it comes in 150g size bags and is roasted on a Stronghold S7 rather than our Probat for greater clarity. This coffee won’t last very long! Click the image below to grab a bag!

ANDREW TAKES 3RD PLACE IN THE WORLD COFFEE ROASTING CHAMPIONSHIPS!

This past weekend at the World Coffee Roasting Championships in Taipei, Taiwan, Head roaster Andrew earned a 3rd place finish!

20 Coffee Roasters from all over the world gathered to compete for the title of “World Champion.” 

“My family was able to travel with me and we all spent a week touring my dad’s hometown before the competition started. My coach, Alex Huang, is based in Taiwan and introduced me to so many people. They were so enthusiastic and supportive. I’m also very grateful for my Elevator Coffee team who have encouraged and supported me from the very beginning of my roasting career.”

Andrew is the 2023 US Coffee Roasting Champion!

The competition consisted of three days with multiple elements: Green coffee grading for defects, sample roasting and coffee evaluation (this was the only time competitors were able to taste the roasted coffee). Practice roasting, Roast plan sheet, Final roasting

The final score was based on:
Judges cupping evaluation of the final roast (out of 270)
Roast plan accuracy (out of 24)
Green coffee grading (out of 24)

With this win, Andrew gets to represent the USA at the World Coffee Roasting Championship in Taipei, Taiwan in November! Here are some articles about the competition.
