Coffee description: This coffee was decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process, which is an organic compound found in sugar cane, called ethyl acetate, to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. The process tends to leave a pleasant, sweet flavor. Rich and balanced, flavors remind us of: chocolate, raisin, and almond.
