We are excited to offer something new to the Elevator Menu, this one comes from the Gayo region of Sumatra in Indonesia. “Gajah” means elephant in Indonesian, and the estate’s name pays homage to the wild elephants that roam the forests of Aceh.
The Gayo Highlands of Aceh are renowned for producing some of Indonesia’s finest Arabica coffees. Coffees from this region are known for their earthy, bold profiles. Gajah Estate breaks from convention with its natural process, offering a fruit-forward alternative that still honors the region’s deep coffee legacy.
