The Gayo Highlands of Aceh are renowned for producing some of Indonesia’s finest Arabica coffees. Coffees from this region are known for their earthy, bold profiles. Gajah Estate breaks from convention with its natural process, offering a fruit-forward alternative that still honors the region’s deep coffee legacy.
