This coffee is drawn from the finest Colombian estates in the department of Nariño, the country’s southernmost province. Hacienda La Manita selects only those coffees from high altitude farms that grow the Borbon, Caturra, Typica varieties and then process those to their exacting standards. Fully depulped and wet ferment for 24 hours then washed. Expect a classic Narino profile of raisin and chocolate, muted acidity, a creamy and silky body.
