This coffee is drawn from the finest Colombian estates in the department of Nariño, the country’s southernmost province. Hacienda La Minita selects only those coffees from high altitude farms that grow the Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties, and then processes them to exacting standards. These particular beans are fully depulped, wet fermented for 24 hours, and then washed. Expect a classic Nariño profile of raisin and chocolate, muted acidity, and a creamy and silky body.
