The Lasso family rigorously experiments with processing and fermentation with different microorganisms in hopes of achieving unique, traceable cup profiles with international recognition. Finca El Diviso has come to fame recently for the many spectacular competition coffee lots used on both The USBC (United Stated Brewers Cup) and WBC (World Brewers Cup) podiums in the last several years. This is one has become one of our favorite producers!
