Coffee description: Lift is another name for elevator, it’s also defined as an upward-acting force. This blend is our most modern blend comprised of coffee from South American and Africa. It’s amazing as a pour-over and shines as espresso. The coffee blend was previously knows as “Roule Blend”

Components: South America and Africa, the components change seasonally. 

Currently: Guatemala La Morena and Ethiopia Duromina

Processing: Washed
