Processing: Washed and mechanically depulped and then soaked for 12 hours. Dried on raised beds.

This coffee comes to us from the Agaro region of Western Ethiopia, bringing with it a juicy and refreshing tartness like peaches and raspberries. This coffee has beautiful delicate floral notes, a smooth body, and lots of sweetness and complexity, a testament to the work put into these coffees during growing, picking, processing, and beyond.
