Coffee description: The Pink Bourbon variety, specifically from Colombia, has become a favorite at Elevator Coffee. We enjoy the sweetness and body and this one is a great example.

Producer José Oliver Galindez worked in the fields of his father’s coffee crops since he was young. Fast forward to today, he dedicates himself solely to producing specialty coffees and conducting research on agricultural machinery that makes life easier for producers.
