Coffee is roasted to order on Mondays, and shipped out (or delivered locally) on Tuesdays. Order cut off time is 10:00AM Sunday. Orders received after 10:00am Sunday are processed the following week.

Brew Guides

Before you brew coffee, you will need a few things. Fresh coffee, fresh water, a burr grinder, a kettle, a brewing device, possibly filters, and a scale. Using a scale will help you keep things consistent from cup to cup. There are many methods to brewing coffee, these are our recommended starting points
